p/b White Mountain Road Club

Thank you to race promoter Eric Prosnier for all his diligent work in producing a very successful event.
The follownig if from Eric.

Hello AZ State Road Race Volunteers,

The 2011 Arizona State Road Race had 327 registered riders!

WMRC and non-WMRC volunteers, coordinated by Gordon Moore, braved some rather warm Arizona weather Sunday, August 21 to put on one of the best Arizona State Road Race Championships in a very long time.

Temperatures were high, water ran low out on the route but the Volunteer spirit prevailed and provided the help and support that the racers needed.

Events do not happen without volunteers!  A HUGE THANKS to all of you!!

Cheers and Thanks! Eric

I cannot say it any better than what some of the racers had to say:

I just wanted to write and say thanks for a great event this past Sunday.    I loved the venue, the course everything!   Was well worth the drive from California.

Thank you for putting on a great race today!

Great event today, this was CJ's first road race went great. Thanks for your help and work.

We all wanted to let you know what a great event you all put on.  My husband has been doing this event for three years; since skull valley, and this was my son's first time.  It is a brutal event and done very well.  Thanks so much for all your efforts!!

Such a fun hard race. Happens to be my favorite ride in AZ. :)

Thank you so much for putting on an excellent, organized and safe race!  I can't wait for next year!!

Regards,
White Mountain Road Club
